Introduced in 1968, the Model 36 is a six-seat utility aircraft. This airplane is basically a slightly lengthened (10 inches) version of the V35B, combining the tail unit of the Model 33, and the strengthened landing gear developed for the Beech Baron. This airplane also has double doors on the starboard side of the fuselage, making it easier to load or unload cargo when used in a utility role. A turbocharged version of the Model 36 was made available in 1979 under the designation Model B36 TC Turbo Bonanza. The Model V35B is powered by one 285-hp Continental IO-520-BB flat-six piston engine, giving the airplane a maximum speed at sea level of 209 mph, economic cruising speed of 157 mph at 8,000 feet, service ceiling of 17,860 feet, and a range with maximum fuel at 8,000 feet of 1,023 miles. All airplane models are Hand Carved, Hand Painted Mahogany and come fully assembled with removable desk stand.
