This amphibious biplane had a large monocoque central float which housed retractable main wheel units. Stabilizer floats were strut-mounted beneath each lower wing, and a crew of two or three could be carried in the tandem cockpits, pilot forward and observer aft as standard, but a radio operator could also be accommodated in the observer's cockpit. Most of the JF/J2F Ducks remained in service throughout World War II, operated both from carriers and land bases in a variety of roles, including patrol, photo-survey, rescue, and target towing.

All airplane models are Hand Carved, Hand Painted Mahogany and come fully assembled with removable desk stand.
