Sikorsky S-43 Flying Boat model airplane

The Sikorsky S-43, introduced in 1935, was essentially a scaled-down amphibian version of the Sikorsky S-42. This two-engine parasol-wing monoplane could carry up to 18 passengers. It entered service with Pan American in April of 1936, on routes around the Caribbean and in Brazil. They were also used by the US Marines and the US Army Air Corps.

All airplane models are Hand Carved, Hand Painted Mahogany and come fully assembled with removable desk stand.
