Convair C-990 Coronado model airplane

The first Convair 990, also called the Coronado, made its first flight on January 24, 1961. Though the 990 was a good performer aerodynamically, it was not well-conceived in terms of payload, operator options, and cabin customer appeal. The Convair's 880 and 990 program proved an extremely costly venture for the company, and since that time the aviation divisions of General Dynamics Corporation have confined their activities within the field of military aviation.

All airplane models are Hand Carved, Hand Painted Mahogany and come fully assembled with removable desk stand.
